It’s ok for a airport transfer hotel. We arrived at 10:30pm and leave 6:00am the other day. Shuttle is by booking based and the last one is at 11:00pm. Once you arrived at the airport, my recommendation is to call the hotel and get the direction to the shuttle pick up spot, for us it’s a purple sign where all the hotel pickup are there. For departure, tell the hotel front desk when you want to go and they will arrange the shuttle for you. The room is good, just we felt there some electrical noise is affecting our sleep

My family and I stayed here for three nights, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to the sweet older lady who prepared the breakfast each morning — she was so kind, and the food was absolutely outstanding! It was such a wonderful way to start each day. I honestly don’t understand why this place has bad reviews online, because our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable — we will definitely be back!
Had a great stay, had a pair of socks go missing though but other than that nice amenities and a plenty of options for breakfast that they offer.
After the weather drug out the day at the airport for 12 hours. This place was a haven to walk into, they threw together some snacks for the stressed travelers, the atmosphere was cozy, the rooms are great, the staff was genuine, real, and happy to help. They made you feel like you already belonged there. It warranted me wanting to take the time for a review. Thank you Julian and front desk.
Gary was awesome to deal with, and made everything smooth. Was there for work, the company picked the hotel, and they picked a winner. Rooms are great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Nice gym and outdoor pool. The provided breakfast was good.
I was stuck in Dallas during the ice storm and this hotel was a godsend. Specifically, Julien Ramos at the front desk went out of his way to help me and my colleague who were stranded. I’ll definitely stay here again because of the excellent customer service.
Great location, central DFW. Nice clean room, spacious. Nice design, it is like a small studio apartment. Very nice. A/C worked great! Free buffet breakfast.
